Crock Pot Pot Roast

This is a family favorite.  It takes only a few minutes of prep, and is a complete meal.  

Ingredients
  • 2 pound beef roast
  • 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • I add 2 potatoes in chunks, 2 carrots in chunks, and the same with 2 stalks of celery. 

Instructions
  1. Turn slowcooker on low.
  2. Place roast in slow cooker.
  3. Pour cream of mushroom soup over roast then sprinkle the onion soup mix over roast.
  4. Cook on low 8 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
