Do you Fondue?


Fondue is a delicious treat, in our home! The boys love it, they get to pick and choose what they eat, and it's so yummy and easy! Here's the one I make the most:
Pub Fondue
1 1/4 c beer
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1t flour or cornstarch
1t dry mustard

Add beer to fondue pot and heat until bubbly.
Toss cheese in flour and mustard.
Over low heat add cheese to beer, stirring constantly until smooth.

We like to eat this with crusty bread chunks, pickles, beef smokies (last time I made these, though, there were cries of protest, so, tonight, I'm cutting up turkey hotdogs~fancy!), apples, pears, blanched broccoli, and blanched carrots.

Yeay, Fondue!
