This is a family favorite.  It takes only a few minutes of prep, and is a complete meal.  
Ingredients
- 2 pound beef roast
 - 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 envelope onion soup mix
 - I add 2 potatoes in chunks, 2 carrots in chunks, and the same with 2 stalks of celery. 
 
Instructions
- Turn slowcooker on low.
 - Place roast in slow cooker.
 - Pour cream of mushroom soup over roast then sprinkle the onion soup mix over roast.
 - Cook on low 8 hours.
 - Serve hot.
