Ingredients
- 1 c. Pumpkin Puree
 - ¼ c. Applesauce
 - ½ tsp. Cinnamon
 - ½ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
 - ¼ c. Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Cinnamon Graham Cracker.)
 - 1 T. Honey
 - 1 T. Molasses (I used coconut nectar.)
 - 2 c. Rolled Oats
 - ½ c. Dark Chocolate Chips
 
Instructions
- Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Drop cookies onto a greased baking pan and push down a little bit. Bake for 15 minutes.
