Mediterranean Artichoke Pasta


I found this recipe, long ago, here.
Here's my version:
Mediterranean Artichoke Pasta

1 bag or box of your favorite pasta, uncooked
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced pitted black olives, drained (I use kalamata.)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions:

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package.
Dump diced tomatoes and artichoke hearts into the same colander you will be using to drain your pasta. Leave it in there, and then when you dump your pasta out, to drain, and return it to the pot, it's all in there, already warming up.
Drain pasta; return to saucepan.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
