This is a great Breakfast-for Dinner. Just add some bacon or sausage, and your family will be happy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

- Non-stick spray
Directions
- 1 In a large bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Prepare your 3-4 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour your Bisquick mixture into slow cooker.
- 2 In a separate bowl mix together the sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- 3 Next, sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture evenly over the top of the batter.
- 4 With the end of a spoon or a butter knife swirl the cinnamon and sugar into the batter to create swirls.
- 5 Cook on high for 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours, until center of pancake is set.
