This was so easy, my 11 year old son made it.  I just stood by, and supervised.  Both boys are learning how to cook a meal, this summer.  Ace chose quesadillas, and key lime pie ( I roasted some asparagus, to go with it, but I had intended on throwing a salad on people's plates...).

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
 - Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
 - Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Zest a few key limes, and add zest as topping, garnish with lime slices if desired.
