Easiest Key Lime Pie!

This was so easy, my 11 year old son made it.  I just stood by, and supervised.  Both boys are learning how to cook a meal, this summer.  Ace chose quesadillas, and key lime pie ( I roasted some asparagus, to go with it, but I had intended on throwing a salad on people's plates...).

Here is the original recipe.  Here is Ace's version:
Key Lime Pie
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  •   1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Zest a few key limes, and add zest as topping,  garnish with lime slices if desired.
