Spinach and Garbanzo Bean Salad

I copied this, from my local fitness club.  I like this as a snack, after a workout.

Spinach and Garbanzo Bean Salad

Chopped baby spinach- 4 handsful
Sliced roasted red peppers- 3/4 cup
Sun dried Tomato (I used fresh roasted tomatoes, from a friend's garden!)- 3/4 cup
Garbanzo beans- 1 can
Fat Free Feta cheese- 3/4 cup
Lemon juice- 2 tbs
Olive oil- drizzle
salt and ground pepper to taste

Combine all of the above into a large bowl.  Mix gently.  Add the oil last.
I would let it sit, in the fridge, for an hour, or so, if you have the time.  This will let the flavors meld.
