Sopapilla Cheesecake

I found this recipe on Pinterest. Then, I brought it to Game Night. I'm glad I took a piece out, for the boys' lunch, before I brought it! Super easy, and yummy!
Sopapilla Cheesecake
Ingredients:
-2 cans pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
-2 (8oz) Neufchatel cheese (softened)
-1/2 cup sugar plus some for topping
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-Cinnamon

Instructions:
Unroll and spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of un-greased pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over mixture. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
