Protein Cinnamon Swirl Bread


I was inspired by this recipe. Here's my version:
Ingredients
For topping:
1/3 cup raw sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
For bread:
3/4 c ground oats
3/4 c flour
2 scoops vanilla creme protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 c raw sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt


Directions:
Combine everything together and mix. Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Swirl into batter with a knife. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon sugar mixture on the top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
