While looking for a good, high protein snack, for my boys and my dad, I found a few versions of egg mice.
We used almond slivers for the ears, and carrot slivers for the tail and eyes. The mice are eating cheese, to add even more protein to our snack! The boys and my dad enjoyed this snack, and my mother even made more, for my dad!
