This is so delicious, and so much healthier than regular pudding! It is a bit "grainier" because it's ricotta, but just process it until you get it the way you like it.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lowfat ricotta cheese
2 tbsp Mild honey
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Place in one serving dish or 2 small ones. I like to garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, but cocoa powder would look nice, too.
