These are so moist, and delicious! They are very easy, to make, and so fast, to put together! The only change I made, was to omit the nuts. Make sure, that when you put the marshmallows on top, the muffin is still moist. If you have to shove them down on top, they will melt into a hole in the muffin. *Ahem*, I know this, from experience.
