Cranberry Salsa




We first tasted this salsa, from a store, and HAD to figure out how to make it, since it was seasonal. It's delicious on tortilla chips, or crackers.

Cranberry Salsa
1 bag fresh cranberries
1/8-1/4 onion, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1-2T sugar
lime juice, to taste

Food process it all, until it's not too chunky, but combined.
Chill, if possible, for 30 minutes-1 hr, before serving.
This is also delicious as a sandwich spread. I bet it would be good on a turkey sandwich. :)
