These are the easiest baked beans, ever, AND they're delicious! They have been requested, for BBQs, even though I've told people how to make them!
Baked Beans
1 or more 28 oz cans of baked beans (I use Bush's vegetarian)
1 onion per can of baked beans, chopped
olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Pour a thin layer of olive oil at bottom of baking dish. Put oniones on top ov olive oil, and stir to coat them. Place baking dish into the oven, until they are translucent. (Stir if necessary.) When translucent, pour beans into container and mix. Place dish back into the oven, for 30 minutes or more. This thickens it up more, and the onion flavor melds into the beans.
These are sooo good!
