I got in my head, that I need to make a tutu. So, I called up Princess' mother and asked how big her waist was. Then, I found No Sew Tutu instructions. Voila! A quick and easy tutu, for the Fairy Princess!!!
I used 2- 15 yd. rolls of tulle. And a bit off 2 more. I used 22-23 inch strips of the 6 inch tulle. This made an 18 inch circle, that I hand sewed, together. (You can staple the ends, but I didn't like that idea.)
From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes, and I had Deuce (6 1/2 years old) helping me!
I used a rotary cutter to cut the tulle.
(Little Princess got an all pink one, too :) )
I bet the rotary cutter is what made such nice edges
